Shipping policy

Peacock Country process and ships all orders within 2-3 Days. You can expect your items to arrive within 8-14 days after shipping. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Please note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

To ensure a smooth journey for your order, we kindly ask that all details shared with us be honest and accurate. This helps us avoid any hiccups or heartache along the way. Peacock Country reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time. If any part of the details are found to be untrue, we may, at our discretion pause or cancel the registration and access to our offerings, here or across our affiliated spaces, without prior notice.

You can also track your order by simply going to Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for its complete order details, including its tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the shipping carrier’s website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s).

If you do not have a Peacock Country account yet, we urge you to set one up under Citizen Portal.

Duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on a number of factors, such as:

1. Country of origin of the purchased product
2. Local VAT rates
3. Local import taxes

It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.
